ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

We ship worldwide with an estimated delivery time of 5–11 business days to your doorstep after dispatch.

🇺🇸 United States — 5–10 business days
🇨🇦 Canada — 7–11 business days
🇦🇺 Australia — 6–11 business days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom — 6–10 business days
🌍 Rest of World — 7–15 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local postal delays, or peak holiday seasons. Total delivery time = processing time (1–3 days) + shipping time (5–11 days).

SHIPPING RATES

• Orders over $35 USD — FREE standard shipping
• Orders under $35 USD — $11.99 flat rate shipping
• Express shipping — available at checkout (where applicable)

Shipping costs are calculated in USD. Your bank may apply a currency conversion if you are paying in CAD, AUD, or GBP.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order at:
• our website tracking page, or
• 17track.net using your tracking number

Please allow 2–5 days after receiving your tracking number for the tracking information to update.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Evry Jewellers ships internationally from our fulfilment partners. Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. If you have questions about customs charges, please contact your local customs office.

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at support@evryjewellers.com and we will investigate with the carrier immediately. We will offer a replacement or full refund for any confirmed lost shipments.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Evry Jewellers is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to update the address before dispatch.
